About the Role
We’re looking for an IT Support & Systems Engineer to join our Infrastructure & DevOps team. This is a hands-on, foundational role focused on building and maintaining internal IT systems from the ground up. You’ll be the go-to person for all things IT in our London office, helping us establish secure, reliable infrastructure and supporting end-users across the business.

What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll take ownership of key responsibilities that help drive team and business success. Your day-to-day will include:

• Setting up and managing laptops, desktops, and AV equipment for the London office
• Installing and configuring hardware and software components across the business
• Building and maintaining secure Wi-Fi and network infrastructure
• Providing responsive technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues across Windows, Mac, and Linux systems
• Implementing security measures to protect company assets and data
• Managing Office 365, Active Directory, and access permissions across platforms
• Creating and maintaining asset inventories and technical documentation
• Assessing IT needs and recommending upgrades or improvements
• Navigating change management with stakeholders and helping drive adoption of new systems
• Supporting the rollout of foundational IT processes and policies

What You’ll Bring:
We’re looking for someone with the skills, experience, and mindset to thrive in this role. Ideally, you’ll have:

• Proven experience in IT support and infrastructure management
• Strong knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, and endpoint security tools
• Familiarity with AV systems, laptop provisioning, and access management
• Comfort working across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments
• A proactive, self-starting attitude and ability to work with minimal structure
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to prioritise security and navigate stakeholder resistance with confidence
• Bonus: certifications like CompTIA, A+, Microsoft, or ITIL are a plus
